PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manpower dispatching management system that uses a portable terminal device of a portable telephone, a PDA(personal digital assistants) or the like, efficiently recruits a staff, in particular, using a broadcast mail, and can speedily respond even if the date and place of work are changed. SOLUTION: A management server, for exercising system management of this invented manpower dispatching management system, is installed in a management center 1, and the portable device of the portable telephone, the PDA or the like is connected to the management server through a network 2. Besides, a person who makes entries from the portable device is a member previously registered with a manpower dispatching center, and the individual characteristic information on a skill or the like is registered with the server in the management center. The system, that is comprised so, even if it receives a request of short-term dispatching, can perform the manpower dispatching of a registered member speedily and efficiently. |
