PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of traffic in a network and to appropriately provide useful data to a user without giving burden to a client device. SOLUTION: A data server device 10 is provided with a client storage data managing part 12 managing data stored in the respective client devices 20, a server data storage part 13 storing data on the respective client devices 20, a distribution data storage part 15 storing distribution data transmitted from an information provider 60, a related data extraction part 16 extracting distribution data related to data stored in the server data storage part 13 and a communication part 14 which is connected to the network 7 and communicates with the respective client devices 20 and IP 60. Since information useful for the user is extracted on the side of the data server device 10, the increase of traffic is suppressed and burden on the client devices is reduced.
