PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local fixed emergency radio system including a master station installed in a local government office and a plurality of slave stations that enables the slave stations to make automatic PA broadcast without the need for transmission of voice signal for every broadcast of the master station when allowing the slave stations to broadcast the same contents at a prescribed time everyday. SOLUTION: An automatic broadcast registration control section 10 for outputting broadcast time data is provided with a main control section 2 of the master station so as to enable the master station to transmit broadcast time data superimposed on a voice signal to the slave stations. Further, the slave station is provided with a voice storage section 11 that stores the voice signal as data when receiving the broadcast time data superimposed on the voice signal from the master station and an automatic broadcast control section 12 that stores the broadcast time data and converts the data stored in the voice storage section 11 into voice and outputs the voice at a broadcast time.
