PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color correction instructing apparatus for instructing color correction of an image indicated by image data transmitted via a communication line, which instructs the color correction efficiently. SOLUTION: Images which have been subjected to color correction are outputted upon reception of an instruction of color correction of the image indicated by image data transmitted via a communication line. Data for specifying a designated image from among the outputted images are transmitted via the communication line.
