PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly calculate the CRC of detection object data even when a head position and an end position of the detection object data reside in any position with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A zero data insertion means 22 continuously fills zero data within a range from the highest position of data with N-bit width including a top position A of the detection object data to a just preceding position of the head position A and within a range from just after an end position B of N-bit width data including the end position B to the lowest position and a data inversion means 23 inverts data by a degree of a generation polynomial used for CRC calculation from the top position A. A reference data storage means 27 stores in advance data resulting from adding zero data after data without error by each number of zero data with a CRC calculation result added thereto, and a determination means 28 reads reference data corresponding to the number of zero data inserted after the end position B, compares the data with a calculation result of the parallel CRC calculation means 24 to determine whether or not the detect object data have an error.
