PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor whose safety is high and whose cooling efficiency is good while electromagnetic shielding effect is displayed. SOLUTION: In the information processor, a cooing fan device 2 fixed in a device casing 1 introduces cooling air into the device casing 1. Electrical conductivity is given to a finger guard 4 covering the outer exposed opening of a fan case 3 in the cooling fan device 2, and the ground part of the device casing 1 is short-circuited.
