PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield flat cable in which the core wire of the drain wire is not loosened at pressure contacting or before that. SOLUTION: The flat cable is constructed of a drain wire 23 and one or more of insulating core wires 22 that are arranged in parallel on the same plane, a conductive shield 24 that are formed on these, and an insulating body 25 that covers the shield 24. The drain wire 23 comprises a conductor 28 and a conductive conduction resin part 29 that covers the conductor 28. Further, it is preferable that the diameter of the drain wire 23 is formed to coincide with the diameter of the insulating core wire 22.
