PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a mounting stability by holding a balance of weights to be applied to ears at a using time in an ear-hook type head set with built-in battery and to obtain mounting feeling without considerably feeling a pain or a fatigue. SOLUTION: The head set with built-in battery comprises a head set body 1, an ear-hook unit 4, and a battery containing section 5. The section 5 is provided at a lower end of the ear-hanging unit 4. In this case, the weight of the body 1 is lighter than that of the hanging unit 4 for housing a battery V. The body 1 is relatively rockably coupled to the base of the unit 4 around a first supporting shaft 25 and a second supporting shaft 43 perpendicularly crossing with each other. A diameter of a surface plate 22 of the body 1 is set to 38 mm or less.
