PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two-wire type power feeding communication equipment which is hardly affected by noise and is suitable for high speed data communication. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a master side signal transformer having total three winding wires of two power feeding winding wire parts connected with a power feeding circuit 5 and one signal winding wire part connected with a signal transmitting circuit 4, a slave side signal transformer the signal transmitting circuit 4 connected to the signal winding wire part, capacitors C1 and C2 connected between the starting terminal of the first power feeding winding wire part and the ending terminal of the second power feeding winding wire part, a power source feeding circuit parallel connected to the capacitors, a cable 3 and common mode choke coils respectively connected between the ending terminal of the first power feeding winding wire part, and the cable 3 and between the starting terminal of the second power feeding winding wire part and the cable 3. Thus, an external noise caused by the cable is attenuated.
