SOLUTION: The servo drive apparatus where a servo unit 1 is mounted and arranged in a board has a unit-mounting body 8 comprising a servo unit- mounting section 14 that is mounted by changing a mounting position to the servo unit 1 and a board-mounting section 15 mounted to the board. In this case, according to the mounting position to the board, the servo unit-mounting section 14 is mounted to the servo unit 1, and at the same time a board- mounting section 15 is mounted to the board.
