PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized battery pack with a thermal fuse. SOLUTION: For a battery pack composed of a plurality of square batteries, thermal fuses, closely contacting with the batteries, are arranged to the space formed between adjacent batteries, and conductive contact between adjacent batteries is prevented by arranging a space holding member with insulation property between adjacent batteries.
