PURPOSE: Provided are a thick film type insulation-coating film composition for electric steel sheets, which is excellent in insulating property, corrosion-resistance, heat-resistance, and workability and friendly to environment, and the electric steel sheet having an insulation-coating film formed from the composition. CONSTITUTION: The thick film type insulation-coating film composition contains 15-65wt%(based on the solid of the composition) of a resin mixture comprising a water-soluble organic resin and an inorganic resin in the solid ratio of 70:30-30:70 and 5-55wt%(based on the solid of the composition) of a filler, wherein the water-soluble organic resin is water-soluble or water-dispersible acryl resin, epoxy resin, phenol resin, or a mixture thereof and the inorganic resin is single phosphate or phosphate mixed with aluminum phosphate and/or zinc phosphate, alkoxide inorganic sol, colloidal silica, colloidal alumina, and etc. and the filler is a silicate and alumina, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, or a mixture thereof. And the steel sheet has the insulation-coating film with a dry thickness of 1.0-5.0 micrometer and a surface electrical conductance of less than 0.2Amp. |
