PURPOSE: Provided is a healthy alcoholic drink using unrefined glutinous rice wine and Acanthopanax as main ingredients, and medicinal herbs. The prepared healthy alcohol drink relieves fatigue, and has anti-aging and health tonic effects, increases immunity. CONSTITUTION: The healthy alcoholic drink is characterized by double-boiling 85% of Acanthopanax, 4% of Angelica sinensis (Oliv) Diels., 2% of Taraxacum Platycarpum H. dahlst., 3% of Ganoderma Lucidum(FR)Karst, and 3% of licorice root for 4 hours then extracting them; and adding the extract to the unrefined glutinous rice wine during maturation and fermentation process.
