SOLUTION: The photoreceptor used for the electrophotographic device having a photoreceptor, electrostatic charging means, information writing means, developing means, transfer means, developer electrostatic charge quantity control means existing upstream of the electrostatic charging means and electrostatically charging the developer on the photoreceptor surface and residual developer image uniformizing means existing upstream of the control means and downstream of the transfer means and uniformizing the residual developer image remaining after the transfer of the developer image on the photoreceptor surface and comprising uniformizing the remaining residual developer image after the transfer on the photoreceptor surface by the uniformizing means, subjecting the residual developer image on the photoreceptor surface to electrostatic charging treatment to a normal polarity by the control means and electrostatically charging the photoreceptor and simultaneously regulating the same to the adequate electrostatic charge quantity by the electrostatic charging means has a photosensitive layer and a protective layer on a base and the protective layer contains a phosphazene resin, the electrophotographic device having such photoreceptor and the process cartridge.
