摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode active material containing composition constituting an electrode active material containing layer of a layered lithium composite oxide, capable of suppressing drop in discharging capacity in a low temperature atmosphere, and provide an electrode using the composition and a lithium secondary battery. SOLUTION: This electrode active material composition contains a component (A), a component (B), and a component (C), and the electrode is formed by forming a layer comprising the composition on a current collector, and the lithium secondary battery is composed of a positive electrode comprising the electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte. (A): The layered lithium composite oxide containing a lithium (Li) atom, and at least two selected from a transition metal atom group comprising nickel (Ni), manganese (Mn), and cobalt (Co). (B): A conductive material comprising a carbonaceous material whose BET specific surface area (SSAB) is 50-2000 m<2> /g. (C): A binder.
