SOLUTION: A mobile detection means 76A-1 detects movement from a wireless area capable of wireless communication with one of the base stations 5A to 5Z to a wireless area capable of wireless communication with other base stations 5A to 5Z. An address information transmission means 76A-2 wirelessly transmits address information registered in an address information registration means 75-1 to the other base stations 5A to 5Z every time the mobile detection means 76A-1 detects movement.
