NETWORK SYSTEM FOR EMERGENCY COUNTERMEASURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to know the population distribution of residents actually in an area where refuge as a countermeasure against a disaster needs to be taken and the individual residents can accurately neither be recommended nor guided to take refuge adaptively to the actual situation. SOLUTION: A network system for emergency countermeasures comprises a management server 6 which receives position information from a GPS-adaptive portable telephone 1 that a resident 2 has by a ground base and analyzes position information on residents received by the ground base by an area management center 5 to provide a population distribution map 7 and a refuge path map 8 as analysis results of the area management center for residents so that they can be retrieved.
