PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk player which plays back a disk by automatically skipping the unvoiced sound part of the disk. SOLUTION: The disk player which plays back the disk having music information recorded on a plurality of blocks is provided with an amplitude measuring means 23 which measures the amplitude of an acoustic signal included in a regenerated signal from the disk, an unvoiced sound discriminating means 43 which discriminates whether or not the signal in the block includes an acoustic signal according to the output of the amplitude measuring means 23, and an identification information storage means 44 which stores the identification information of the block discriminated by the unvoiced sound discriminating means 43 that the block does not contain the acoustic signal. When the disk player plays back the disk, the disk player refers to the identification information of the identification information storage means 44. The disk player does not play back a block whose identification information is included in the identification information stored in the identification information storage means 44, and plays back a voiced sound block to be played back next.
