PURPOSE: Provided is a sterilization filter for water treatment using copper having sterilizing and deodorizing abilities. CONSTITUTION: The sterilization filter for water treatment comprises a hollow cylinder(10) having a plurality of pores(10a) on the side surfaces thereof, a skein of copper fibers(11) installed into the interior of the hollow cylinder(10), and a pair of end caps(12) provided at both ends of the hollow cylinder(10) for preventing the skein of copper fibers(11) from being separated from the hollow cylinder(10).
