PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive system which is tolerant of dirt and peeling and securely checks that a guard patrols normally. SOLUTION: The system comprises a contactless reader composed of an antenna part which sends and receives radio waves, a timer part, and an information storage part which stores information based upon the signals received by the antenna part, and an information carrier which is arranged at a patrol point provided to a specific patrol circuit and can have its information read by the contactless type reader, and stores the unique code of the read information carrier and the read time to the information storage part. |
