PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component and its manufacturing method, where function of an electronic component having lead terminals and the design flexibility of the component is improved. SOLUTION: There are installed first lead terminals 2a electrically connected with substrate terminal parts 3, which are formed on one surface of one end of an insulating substrate 1, and second lead terminals 2b electrically connected with the substrate terminal parts 3, which are formed on the other surface of the one end. The electronic component having the lead terminals 2 is constituted, so that the first lead terminals 2a and the second lead terminals 2b are insulated at the one end. |
