PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data warrant circuit for a wireless device adopting a hot standby system, which warrants continuity of data for a receiver side in the case of switching of transmitter sides for maintenance. SOLUTION: A wireless signal processing section 103 at a transmitter side multiplexes the quantity of data equivalent to a momentary interrupt time of a receiver side estimated by transmitter switching on a digital service channel part for a preparation period prior to the transmitter switching and stops reading at switching control. A wireless signal processing section 202 at the receiver side sequentially writes data received for the preparation period to a memory 203, and stops write to the memory 203 at the switching control. A transmission line signal transmission section 204 continuously reads the data from the memory 203 throughout the switching control time.
