PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM receiver that can sufficiently eliminate a delay wave by taking into account a relative phase in addition to the amplitude ratio of a direct wave and the delay wave and a delay time and reduce bit errors after demodulation furthermore. SOLUTION: A delay equalization means 5 includes: an added means 5a for receiving an OFDM modulation signal; and a feedback means 5b that negatively feeds back the direct wave outputted from the adder means 5a to the adder means 5a, delays the direct wave negatively fed back by the feedback means 5b by a delay time of the delay wave with respect to the direct wave and corrects the amplitude and phase of the direct wave negatively fed back by the feedback means 5b so as to be respectively equal to the amplitude and the phase of the delay wave received by the adder means 5a.
