PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation type crystal oscillator with enhanced C/N characteristics and low power consumption. SOLUTION: The temperature compensation type crystal oscillator is provided with a temperature generating detection circuit 1 that detects an ambient temperature to output a reference voltage corresponding to the ambient temperature, a compensation voltage generating circuit 2 that outputs a compensation voltage to stabilize the oscillated frequency on the basis of the reference voltage, a noise elimination circuit 3 that eliminates noise from the compensation voltage generating circuit 2 to output a control voltage, a resistor 4, a crystal oscillation circuit 5 and an output terminal 6.
