PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the temperature of an electronic component by the conductive pattern of a substrate and to more appropriately control the temperature since the electronic component of the high temperature probably does not operate a cooling fan although it exceeds a rated temperature by the arrangement of a temperature detector as the temperature in an electronic controller is not uniform and stress is accumulated in the electronic component even if the cooling fan is operated after the temperature exceeds the rated temperature of the electronic component when temperature detection is delayed in a system detecting the temperature in the electronic controller and controlling the cooling fan. SOLUTION: The temperature of the conductive pattern is detected in a position nearest to the part in the electronic controller. The detected temperature is compared with the temperature which is previously decided. When the detected temperature exceeds the temperature which is previously decided, the cooling device cools the electronic controller.
