PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently remove residual toner by efficiently propagating the vibration of a motor having an eccentric weight to a cleaning blade. SOLUTION: The motor 54 to whose output shaft 54a the eccentric weight 63 is attached and the cleaning blade are fixed at a frame 52 supported so as to be freely rocked by a housing 51. A motor cord 71 extended from the motor 54 is supported by a supporting part 74a provided at the immovable housing 51. Thus, since the motor cord 71 is prevented from adversely affecting the vibration characteristic of the motor 54 and the abutting pressure of the cleaning blade 53 to a photoreceptor drum, the residual toner on the photoreceptor drum is excellently removed, so that the occurrence of a defective image is prevented.
