CONSTITUTION: By correcting a duty ratio DSL1 controlling engagement force (an oil pressure PB1) of the frictional engagement device of an engagement side of the upshift for an intermediate correction value GD in midway of shifting, and learning and correcting the intermediate correction control value GD on the basis of a gradient of a turbine rotating speed NT of a shifting latter part on the assumption that learning correction of a constant standby pressure control value DSL1B at a shifting start converges, the shifting shock caused by the abrupt engagement or the like of the frictional engagement device at the completion of shifting is prevented.
