PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a game system using a magnetic card system for enabling a consumer to enjoy himself more by using a magnetic card which is inexpensive and easy to distribute and has small storage capacity. SOLUTION: A game performing terminal is provided with an inputting means 105 from a magnetic card, an information storing means 101 and an information processing means 102 for controlling the operation of each of the means, and the storing means stores at least one protected game program. In the game performing terminal, the processing means 102 reads performance allowing information 101b for allowing game program performance through the inputting means 105 from the magnetic card (a), releases protection of a game program 101a allowed to be performed by the read performance allowing information 101b (b), and performs at least one game program 101a whose protection is released (c). |
