PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor module which enables high productivity and high electrical reliability. SOLUTION: In the sensor module 10 where sensors 11a and a circuit region 11d are disposed near the center of a sensor section 11, input/output terminals Tn (n=1 to 12, n is a natural number) are disposed in terminal disposing regions 11b and 11c where the sensors 11a and the circuit region 11d are not disposed, arranged diagonally with respect to the outer edge of the terminal disposing regions 11b and 11c, from near the outer edge toward the sensors 11a. Due to this structure, when connecting the input/output terminals Tn and leads Ln (n=1 to 12, n is a natural number) with bonding wires Wn (n=1 to 12, n is a natural number), the adjacent bonding wires are spaced apart, preventing contact among them. Consequently, an electrical short circuiting of the sensor module 10 can be prevented, increasing productivity and electrical reliability.
