PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that LEDs have to be used in a poor luminous efficiency area thereof and a power utilization factor decreases when trying to increase brightness for pulse-driving. SOLUTION: Among three light sources, a better luminous efficiency light source is decreased of its emitting period, the remaining time is allocated to the emitting period of the poor luminous efficiency light sources, correcting the brightness at the light emitting time.
