PURPOSE: A device for mixing pieces of roast chicken with flavoring sauce is provided, thereby mixing an appropriate amount of flavoring sauce with a certain amount of the roast chicken to maintain consistent food quality. CONSTITUTION: The device for mixing pieces of roast chicken with flavoring sauce comprises a cooking vessel(10); a sauce supplying means(20) supplying a calculated amount of flavoring sauce to a roast chicken in the cooking vessel(10); a water supplying means(30) supplying water to the cooking vessel(10); a stirrer(40) installed adjacent to the bottom of the cooking vessel(10) and mixing the roast chicken with the flavoring sauce and the water for a certain time set by a control part(47); a height controlling means controlling the height of blades(41) from the bottom of the cooking vessel(10) according to the quantity of chickens; and a casing having an opening for taking out the cooking vessel(10) when the stirrer(40) is elevated.
