The thrust bearing, having two races for a row of balls (4) on inner (1) and outer (2) concentric rings, has the outer ring made with a series of inner evenly-spaced radial projections, and a concentric cylindrical assembly ring (5) with its height (h) equivalent to the diameter of the balls and its thickness (e) the same as the gap between the two rings. The assembly ring has an inner collar (5c) on which the inner bearing ring rests, and a series of radial claws facing the outer ring and having dimensions and number equal to the outer ring projections; it also has two radial seal lips (5f, 5h) making contact with the inner ring's outer surface. |
