PURPOSE: Provided is an in vitro measurement of metabolites of a radiotracer, thereby simply measuring the metabolites of a radiotracer without killing an animal and analyzing intermediate metabolites of the radiotracer. CONSTITUTION: The in vitro measurement of metabolites of radiotracer is characterized by analyzing the metabolism of a radiotracer and metabolites thereof after in vitro reaction of the radiotracer and liver microsome.
