PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed body in which any desired figures can be formed in a small lot at a low cost in an easy manufacturing process, which is extremely excellent in the resistance against dirt (weather resistance and contamination resistance) for a long time and in particular, which is suitable to be used for an outdoor display board such as an advertisement signboard. SOLUTION: A printed body has at least a contamination preventing layer containing a metal oxide having a photocatalytic function optionally with a primer layer interposed on one surface of a base body. An image is transferred and formed by transmitting from the surface of the contamination preventing layer and through the layer to the base body by a sublimation transfer printing method.
