PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized shift adjusting mechanism at a low cost capable of uniformizing the inclination of an optical axis and the intensity distribution of emitted light by simple adjusting operation and obtaining stable tracking error signals (TE), an optical head and an optical disk device. SOLUTION: The slide part 11 of the shift adjusting mechanism adjusting the inclination of a light source 8 with the light emitting point of a laser beam by the light source 8 roughly as a turning center is constituted of a curved surface seat and a flat plane part.
