SOLUTION: When the seller presents an object desired to be sold to a receiving and registration mechanism operated by an operating institution, the seller and the agent are mediated to meet each other by designating respective ratios to a minimum guaranteed price or penalty amount for breach of contract, a seller's reception obligation price or seller side payment amount for a penalty sum and an agent member's minimum guaranteeing obligation discharged price to an accessed price, then disclosing the object to member agents and transmitting to the seller information obtained by combining a bid accessed price and the profiles of bidding member agents. |
