PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment by which a user can learn conditions when a trouble occurs in Internet connection service and wasteful access from the user can be eliminated and to provide terminal equipment. SOLUTION: The condition monitoring part 14 of a digital mobile subscriber exchange 1 monitors the connection conditions of the Internet by a notice received from a gateway device and detects the occurrence of abnormal conditions when it occurs. Information on the monitoring result is transferred to a mobile station control part 13. When a position registration request from a terminal equipment side is received by the digital mobile subscriber exchange 1, the mobile station control part registers the position of terminal equipment and returns a response to which information of 'normal' or 'abnormal' is added in accordance with the connection conditions of the Internet, which is recognized at that time, to the terminal side. Terminal receiving it can display data corresponding to the conditions. |
