PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use surplus power of a power company. SOLUTION: An average production of electricity can be lowered, by expanding application of a nighttime power tariff category of third-demand time zone surplus power, by storing nighttime power in a consumer's own electric storage facility, and by discharging for consumption in the next ordinary time zone. The power company checks the charging level of the consumer's own electric storage by utilizing IT communication. When surplus power is generated, effective utilization of generating power can be achieved, by utilizing a load adjustment system which stores power in the own electric storage facility with the approximately same condition as nighttime power. |
