The heat sinks 4 are overlapped when viewed from the blowing direction of cooling wind and the total number of heat radiating fins 3 on the line of the blowing direction A including each heat radiating fin 3 is less than the number of stages of alignment of the heat radiating elements 2 and is almost equal in the total heat radiating fins 3.</p>
