PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional method for forming a double sided adhesive member which is used in securing an electroluminescent lamp to a liquid crystal panel or a circuit board; in which positioning operation before bonding the member is troublesome, resulting in poor means productivity; and the electroluminescent lamp is easily damaged. SOLUTION: A double sided adhesive member 5 formed on a transparent releasable film 6 comprising a silicon treated layer 3 and a transparent film 4 is transferred to at least one side of the electroluminescent lamp 2. The double sided adhesive member 5 comprises a double sided adhesive tape, an adhesive layer that can be screen printed, or the like.
