PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a circuit board and a module connecting method capable of reducing the transmission distortion of a signal between a module and a controller concerning the information processor in which a plurality of modules are connected to a high speed bus, the circuit board and the module connecting method. SOLUTION: Impedance matching elements for taking matching between a characteristics impedance between a plurality of respective modules and a controller are inserted to be mounted after respective branch points between a bus line and the plurality of modules to match the characteristic impedance between the modules and the controller to 50 (Ω).
