PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automatically confirming opening of mails that can automatically inform a mail sender about opening of the mail and retransmit mail, when the mail is not opened within a prescribed time interval. SOLUTION: A control center to manage mail sent form a mobile phone, and a personal computer or the like is connected to a mobile phone network or the Internet and a mail control server installed in the control center temporarily stores the mail. Furthermore, each mail is provided with a re-transmission timer and when the mail is opened within a preset timer time, return mail for certifying opened mail is automatically sent to the mail sender. When the mail is not opened within the timer interval, the same mail temporarily stored in the mail control server is automatically retransmitted to a mail recipient.
