PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data disclosing device which can easily and widely disclose data such as a picture on a home page. SOLUTION: A user purchasing a digital camera corresponding to ILS 101 obtains an electronic mail account (corresponding to peculiar individual by one to one) of the camera 101 included in a package and transmits profile information such as a self-introduction sentence by an electronic mail. The picture photographed by the camera 101 is transmitted to the electronic mail address of a company as the electronic mail (data mail) through the Internet with GPS data. An image library home page where individual ID specifying the camera 101 and GPS data are associated with the picture is generated and disclosed. When the data are carried on the home page, the user can register a comment with respect to a registered picture and voice (impression and the like) from a person referring to the picture is given to the user by using the profile.
