PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation fan fitting device whose fitting work to a main body is easy and which is superior in safety. SOLUTION: A sideboard 8D whose front face is opened is provided with a box 8A having a guide 11 and a dripproof board 8B fitted on the box 8A by leaving a space with the upper face. A ventilation fan unit 9 constituted of a plurality of ventilation fans 4 which are removably arranged and a fan fitting board 12 having a power pull-in terminal stand 13 and a wiring hole 14 is disposed.
