PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal coil that has a high productivity in manufacturing and an excellent insulating-tape loosening prevention performance when made into a manufactured product and, therefore, is capable of winding into a high quality electrical equipment coil. SOLUTION: The horizontal coil wire is made by providing an adhesive coated layer on the conductor and winding an insulating tape on the adhesive coated layer.
