PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a stabilized reference voltage even when power supply voltage covers a wide range in a stabilized power circuit. SOLUTION: This stabilized power circuit is provided with a reference voltage generation circuit 103 for receiving voltage VDDS from an internal node 104 and outputting a prescribed reference voltage VREF, an internal reference voltage generation circuit 101 for receiving the reference voltage and generating an internal reference voltage VREFH higher than the reference voltage, a differential multiplier circuit 1021 for amplifying a potential difference between the internal reference voltage and voltage of an internal node, and a current driving circuit 1022 controlled by an output voltage from the differential amplifier circuit and for supplying current to the internal node.
