The lamp (1), comprising a lamp housing (2) containing a bulb or electroluminiscent diode and a power unit (4) on front (8) and rear (12) supports worn on the head by means of straps (3, 10), has the two supports made in the form of inverted T-shaped plates of a supple and elastically deformable material that adapt to shape of wearer's head.
