PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric laminate suitable as a medical material and excellent in strength, moisture absorbability, bacteria barrier properties, durability, heat resistance or the like. SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric laminate is formed from at least one water absorbable nonwoven fabric layer (A) comprising 10-70 wt.% of polyolefin fibers and 90-30 wt.% of water absorbable fibers, a perforated or unperforated polyolefin layer (B) and, further arbitrarily, a polyolefin nonwoven fabric layer (C) and preferably has constitution of (A)/(B), (A)/(B)/(A) or (A)/(B)/(C).
