<p>Disclosed herein is a system and method for providing services for controlling screen display on Web sites and collecting Web service fees. A web service server accesses a service fee collecting server and subscribes as a service member. A user accesses the Web service server using a user computer. The Web service server provides a Web page and a plug-in program having a screen display control function. The user inputs member subscription information and credit card information to the service fee collecting server. The user downloads and installs a dynamic link library program having a service fee collecting function. The Web service server issues a disposable credit card number by requesting the usr computer to pay a Web service fee, and the user computer receives a screen release key form the Web service server. Accordingly, the Web server provides Web services suitable for ages of users.</p> |
