PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable operation and multifunction by keeping the region of a polarizing hologram element. SOLUTION: In the polarizing hologram elements having different diffraction efficiencies and transmittances depending on the polarization direction of laser light, the polarizing hologram is disposed in the peripheral region of the elements outside of the effective radius where the laser light passes.
